Refund policy

Our policy is simple - as long as you keep the product in perfect condition, with the tags still on and worn only inside we’ll change the size, colour, style or help you return it for a full refund, excluding shipping, within 14 days of purchase - all for free and with our complete support.

How can I get a return or exchange?

Contact us by email on with your order number and we will arrange an exchange or return for you. Please remember to do this within 14 days of your purchase!  If you are a customer in the UK we'll send you a free shipping label to allow you to send back your item at no cost to you. International orders are required to pay for return postage.

Do you charge for returns or exchanges?

No.  We offer a free return and exchange policy for all of our UK customers.  And we hope to expand this to the rest of the world when we begin shipping outside of the UK.


What if my boots arrive damaged?

Our boots are pretty hard to damage and we check every pair as they leave the factory and again as they are sent out to you.  However, if for any reason you are concerned about the quality of your order please contact us immediately so that we can understand the issue and make it right.

Are there any items I can't exchange or return?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

When will I get my refund?

We check the goods that come into our warehouse first and then will let you know that the refund has been approved.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
